Never ever rent from The Trinity Group at HER Realtors !! Not only have they stolen my security deposit but they also charging me for things that simply aren’t justifiable. They’ve taken my amount due from 2,349 down to 974 because they are scammers ! I will take the legal route to solve this but to prevent you from being in this situation, just simply don’t rent from them ! I left the place in great condition and they charged me for their updates !! Now I see how they won an outstanding year award....stealing !! They deserve NO stars
Pretty disappointed with the response time for this company. I own a rental property in Columbus, Ohio, but due to personal reasons I had to move out of state. So I contacted HER Realtors Property Management two weeks ago (Wednesday 3/11/16) in an attempt to hire a property manager. I spoke with a very pleasant woman named Kimberly. She assured me that it would be no problem to work with me as an out-of-state landlord. I was told that Matt Long is the realtor assigned to the area my rental is in, and that he would be contacting me and emailing me a contract so I could get an idea of how the business arrangement would work. I called back on Monday 3/16/16, since I had received neither a phone call or email from Matt Long. I spoke with a gentleman named Craig, who took my information and also assured me that Matt Long would soon be contacting me. So it's been two full weeks since I first reached out to this company, hoping to hire a rental property manager through them. I have received no communication from them, and yes, I checked my spam folder. Maybe Matt Long has a very heavy caseload and is unable to take on any more clients, which is fine, but I would appreciate them letting me know. But if this is their response time with a potential client, I would hate to see what it's like once the contract is signed.
This company was super extra gold star fantastic! They helped me and my wife find the perfect house, and made the entire process super easy. My sales agent walked us through all the different parts of the home buying process before we even started looking, and was always available to show us properties that weren't open houses. We loved how she didn't rush us into a purchase and was totally understanding when we had a mini freak out and pulled out of an offer in the middle of bidding. In the end we're so glad we found her and got a house that was absolutely perfect for us.
This company is horrible to rent from. You can never reach them and they take their time with maintenance requests. It gets fixed when they feel like it or if it all. They over price their rental properties and expect you to do everything right on your part but don't do anything on their part. The amount you pay in rent, you'd expect good quality all around but it's not even close. I'd rather rent a trailer then to ever rent from HER property management again. If anyone put anything more then 1 star on here, then they probably work for the company, not rent from the company. I only put 1 star because I had to.
Since we've been tenants of our downtown Columbus apartment, HER realtors has been completely unresponsive with multiple issues we have had. Granted we live in an old building, when our AC broke they took MONTHS to even get back with us on the issue and now we have had a pipe burst in the bathroom and they have been terrible about the situation. There is still a giant hole in our wall and still no response from anyone at the office on when this will be repaired. We are anxiously awaiting moving!!! Also, when we first wanted to move in to this space they were very unprofessional-we lived out of state and drove here twice to see the property, but they "didn't have the keys" to get in and were also unable to even send additional photos for us even given the fact that we lived out of state and had already drove here twice to try to see the space....
