I can not say enough about the care that was given to my 96 year old Mom. Theresa was so kind and patient with us. She is so very knowledgeable about the vast array of products and found just the right hearing aid and additional aides to help my mom. I highly recommend that you only go to Echo Hearing for your hearing needs.
Teresa is terrific! More than a year ago, I had to have a broken receiver wire replaced on one of my hearing aids, on short notice, prior to taking a trip overseas. I didn't purchase the hearing aids from Echo but much to my relief, Teresa fit me into her busy schedule and replaced the wire on the spot. This year I bought a new pair from Echo and have had to meet with Theresa a couple times to have the settings adjusted and to experiment with domes that fit comfortably. I'm in good shape now and really appreciate how helpful she has been throughout.
Dr Shevetz goes above and beyond. I brought in a pair of older hearing aids to my appointment (by mistake) and she troubleshooted and fixed them even though I had not purchased that particular pair of aids from her. She then suggested I might benefit from getting a new pair with upgraded tech @ no charge using parts from my current aids! Much appreciated!
