We are very grateful for the excellent care that we have received from the Linworth Pharmacy Staff. They are wonderful! The Pharmacists have been very careful to ensure that the medications are safe for my family. Pharmacist Mr. Patel has given special effort to order medication that will not affect our allergies. All of the Pharmacists and assistants are compassionate, skilled and friendly. We trust them completely with our healthcare. We appreciate their kindness, integrity and expertise very much. We highly recommend Linworth Pharmacy.
I’m all for supporting local pharmacies… but meds cost 3-4x more here than large chains (using same insurance) Advice to management— adapt or go under to the major retail pharmacy chains/imminent mail order pharmacies.
The service was great. I have been using this pharmacy for 4 years but it is not same after the owner change. Even after calling to schedule delivery it is not being delivered plus still gets email stating to pick or call for delivery again. Been out of heart medication for 2 days now because it was not delivered
I just wanted to share what an incredible experience I have had with Linworth's Pharmacy. I had trouble getting a prescription compounded at another pharmacy and it wasn't covered by my insurance- I actually live 45 minutes away from this pharmacy but they had helped me before with another prescription (which they mail to me monthly so I don't have to make the drive) so I called and the pharmacist was so helpful. He offered to make the compound that day and the cost was less than half of what the other pharmacy quoted me. I love how friendly and helpful the staff is and how they genuinely care about helping their patients.
Best pharmacy I have ever had, kind people who are empathic to your needs and actually care about their customers. They are so sweet all of the staff even the driver all very efficient when problems arise they make sure to help you where other pharmacy’s don’t care. I usually don’t write reviews but they have helped many times when I needed my medication. They fill you prescription and they and even call you to let you know it ready for kind you or delivery…no other pharmacy has done that! It’s rare these days to get good customer service. When I moved to another city I thought I was going to be forced to switch but they drive to my new place of residence. I am in another county so it means a lot to me! They actually answer the phone no long wait times what so ever. Where other pharmacy’s I would be on hold for 30mins or no answer at all due to lack of staff or just not caring to pick up the phone. I had other pharmacy’s Say they will deliver on a certain day and they don’t show up or call you or even forget one of your medications that’s filled!!! Other pharmacy’s have sent me text alerts saying my medication was ready and I go stand in line or go through the drive through for 15 mins to find out it’s not filled or my medication is out of stock. Thank you Linworth’s for your wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend this pharmacy!
