They came out for air conditioning unit told my husband it works better with a new furnace so he replaced both. For 10,000 they said they have ro by law put a blower on now it don't blow to parts of my house it to large for my electric box so they said I have to replace that at my cost cause of what they did. If my house could not handle it then they shouldn't have done it. Living room and bedrooms always cold in winter . I have a heart condition and can't handle the heat and 90 in summer. Great job
I purchased my new home in Pataskala (it was built 2022/2023) three months ago. Last weekend (Sunday) during the serious cold snap - where the temps were below freezing at night - my condensing unit started making a horrible sound and the top blade would keep clicking (loudly) while spinning and shutting off. I do have home warranty - so I contacted them to have a company come out. Since Monday was a holiday - a person didn't come until Tuesday. They inspected the unit and informed me that the unit had NO freon! And they were unable to determine where the leak was because of the cold temps but - but they were able to determine they believed it was caused from the unit not being installed correctly - by your company. They informed my home warranty plan with their findings and now my home warranty plan won't pay for repairs. So, I looked at the unit inside my manufactured/mobile home and it has your company logo/name and it is signed by Lee & Josh W. So, NOW I have to pay for repairs of this unit and for freon to get this running. I am now running on emergency heat and my electric bill is going to go up. I just bought this place and now I have to repair or replace a unit you installed on 1/11/2023!!! A year ago! If you have them install anything - double check their work and or ask for a warranty from them to repair it because a home warranty will NOT cover repairs if the unit was installed incorrectly.
Their van w the license plate that begins with PKM27 almost caused multiple car crashes swerving through lanes, didn’t check his mirrors before switching lanes and waited until the middle of him crossing 3 lanes to turn his blinker on for 2 seconds. Dude easily could have killed half a dozen people who luckily were paying attention. Cant imagine if they werent
