We are finishing our basement and only had one wall with water issues. We had a wonderful experience working with B-Dry all around. • Mike is such a kind and professional guy. He took the time to discuss our basement and all the options available to us, including waiting out the spring rains to see if waterproofing was even needed. He answered many of our new home-owner questions patiently and explained the whole process thoroughly. He never once pushed us to do more or tried to scare us about our basement or home into waterproofing walls, etc. We had gotten quotes from a few other companies that did. The prices we got from B-Dry for the various options were all very agreeable and better than other companies. • Mary K the receptionist is very pleasant and communicates well. She made it easy to book, call with questions, and pay. • The crew that came out to do the work were on time, very professional, and very fast (4 hours for one wall)! They took the time to review everything with me BEFORE they started and after (other contractors we've worked with have waited for us to come to them with questions we may not even know to ask). They also cleaned up after they were done and mopped where they had worked. They did not cause a ruckus other than what was needed with the equipment and came in clean uniforms and didn't smell of smoke or other things. Not a huge deal but just an extra note that shows they and the company care. • Very happy with the quality of the work and how they finished our preexisting sump pump for us. I have and will recommend BDry to anyone looking for basement waterproofing. Mike R is a man of his word. Worked with me the entire way and made sure we were taken care of. The crew was great and kept us informed upfront and along the way. The job was finished on time (actually a little ahead of schedule) A few months since after installation, everything is working as expected. Great company and great people.
These guys were awesome. Came and did some work on basement/sump and were fast, super helpful, CLEAN (for such a messy job especially!), did quality work and were extremely fair on pricing. Will never use another basement/foundation company.
