What an incredible company! I called for service on my furnace in the morning and the wonderful dispatcher was understanding especially since I was traveling from out of town. She shepherded the service to the time we would be arriving and literally minutes upon arriving the service tech Seth pulled in. Seth was amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful and did NOT try to upsell any unnecessary equipment or accessories. Definitely signing up for the service plan and will request Seth for all appointments. Thank you folks very much!! Customer for life now!
Woke up to our furnace not functioning and the house incredibly cold. Favret sent out a tech (Seth) who helped get things running again while also thoroughly explaining what he was doing and why. He went above and beyond too, adding an arrow for the filter direction on the vent (thank goodness, because I get it wrong 50% of the time), and even tightening up the screw on the handrail for the basement steps. Pricing was very fair, particularly if you go with their service agreement. Highly recommend Favret.
